Detectives
The Detective Division is made up of 4 Investigators who are responsible for the investigation of most major crimes or serious misdemeanors that require extra follow-up investigation. These crimes include burglary, child abuse, sex crimes, fraud, death investigation, felonious assault, juvenile crime, and arson among others. these investigators gather and evaluate evidence, take statements from victims, witnesses and suspects and present cases to the Stutsman County States Attorneys Office for prosecution.
